An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced leader in disability to join our Client Experience team in Brisbane, with experience leading portfolios within the NDIS. Our office is based in Mount Gravatt, with regular travel amongst the community.The Disability Services Manager, also known as the Client Experience Manager, plays a crucial role in the Client Experience Team. As a key member of the team, the role focuses on leading and developing a team of high-performing Support Workers whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience at Nextt.

The Manager ensures that Nextt Support Workers work closely with clients to help them get the most out of life. They understand the value of having a Support Worker team around the client and coach and support the team to meet the needs, wants, and aspirations of clients. With this in mind, we ask that:
- You are a competent leader with exceptional people management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach to solving problems.
- You have a track record of achieving success for clients.
- Have the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Possess experience in the disability sector, especially in high physical needs and complex care.
- You are skilled at navigating various systems and proficient in adhering to established protocols.
