Role Details
The Disability Services Officer is a role within Accommodation Services and is accountable to the Team Supervisor for delivering an appropriate standard of care, including personal and home care, by undertaking tasks and activities that enhance the lives of individuals, which encourage and enable their participation in and contribution to the South Australian Community.
About the Role
• Assisting and supporting people living with a disability in all aspects of daily living, including but not limited to community inclusion, personal care, building and maintaining independence as well as interpersonal relationships.
• Numerous intakes in 2024.
• 6 weeks of annual leave per annum.
• Roles are available across Adelaide Metro.
• Must be available to work Active / PassiveNight Shifts.
• Experience working Night Shifts.
• Term & Ongoing positions available.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Employment-related Screening Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
Must hold a certificate III Individual Support - Disability, Certificate III Disability or above.

Salary Range: $58,442-$59,076 (DIS02)
