We're thrilled to be offering part-time Disability Support Worker positions within our Accommodation Services Division right here in Bathurst.
Key Responsibilities in this role include:
- Work a rotating roster including nights and weekends
- Assisting participants with personal care, health and hygiene as required
- Assist participants with daily tasks including meals, activities and capacity building
- Assisting participants to work towards achieving their goals and aspirations
- Manual Handling of clients as required, including use of hoists
- Work with other Disability Support Workers as part of a team
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
- Communication: You are a team player that has strong communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker is a plus, but if you're motivated and eager to learn, we're excited to train you.
- Positive Attitude: Above all, a positive attitude is what’s needed to assist in making a difference in the lives of our participants.

This role requires you to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends as our care requirements are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. By applying for this position you are confirming you are available to work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
