KD Community is Gold Coast based disability service provider. Founded by best friends Jack & Brandon, We specialise in community access and in home care offering support to participants who are seeking energetic, compassionate Support Workers.

As part of our ongoing commitment to extending the reach of our support services, we are excited to announce our expansion into the dynamic Brisbane Region. Supporting participants from Logan, Brisbane city to Ipswich and we're looking for new Support Workers to join our growing team and help us make a difference in these high demanding areas.

Qualifications & experience
- Experience not essential as you will be trained
- NDIS workers screening clearance
- Working with children's check (Blue Card)
- Current first aid/CPR certificate
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Driver licence and reliable transport
- Full availability
