We are seeking kind, compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities.
Quality Living and Support Services support people with disabilities live incredible lives by supporting people within a human rights framework, based on the core principals of choice and control.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist clients to attend appointments and outings outside the home
Must haves:
• Current Driver's Licence & Own Car
• Current First Aid Certificate including CPR (or the ability to obtain)
• A NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or the ability to obtain)
• Availability to work within a permanent roster across a 24/7 environment. We have day shifts, afternoon shifts, sleepover shifts and active overnights.

It also enables us to offer our staff longer shifts and a set permanent roster so you can achieve work life balance. We also have short shifts available.
