Qualifications & experience
- Positive Notice Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Senior First Aid and CPR
- 100 Points of ID - Driver's license, Medicare, Right to work
- Evidence of Vehicle registration and Fully comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Workers Modules - NDIS Worker Orientation Module, Supporting Effective Communication and Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals.
- Covid-19 Infection control certificate
- Industry Experience preferred (but not essential) - Medication Management, Complex Behaviours, Operating within Professional boundaries, Personal care assistance (assisting individuals with dignity and respect)

- Provide support and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill.
- Act with integrity, honesty and transparency
- Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of supports and services provided to people with disability
- Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against, and exploitation, neglect and abuse of, people with disability
- Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.
- Delivering an engaged and personalised customer experience, promoting choice and control
