About the Role
Zest Care is a proud part of Independence Australia Group and currently seeking for passionate and experienced Disability Support Workers across Morisset, Central Coast suburbs, NSW.
In this role you will provide a personalised service, assisting clients and their family/caregivers with activities of daily living such as self-care and community participation to achieve goals that are outlined in their NDIS plans.
About You
• Experience in Disability, Mental Health, or similar field
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification (or working towards) is desirable, but not essential
• High levels of empathy and engagement and the ability to express both professionally
• Understanding of people with disabilities and their care requirements
