Your role at Nextt
We currently have a range of Permanent Part Time opportunities for female Disability Support Workers in and around Newcastle with the below shifts (you can pick any one that suits you):

• 7am-2pm (alternating weekends) 49 hours per fortnight
• 6am-2pm (every weekend) 56 hours per fortnight
• 4pm-10pm (alternating weekends) 42 per fortnight

At Nextt, our Disability Support Workers are directly responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.
In this role, you will be visiting a broad range of clients in their homes and provide support for confidence-building and self-care activities. You will have a genuine commitment to helping people live their best life and achieve their goals!
Your skills and experience

• Experience with Bowel and Catheter care or willing to learn
• Manual handling experience or willing to learn
• Able to travel to client homes to provide support

Your certificates and licenses (Compulsory):

• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certificate
• NDIS Orientation Module - "Quality, Safety and You"
• Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
