✨ About You: ✨
✅ Hold a Certificate III in a Community Services related qualification (Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support etc.)
✅ Australian Drivers Licence (P2 or higher)
✅ Working with Children Check
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificate
✅ The ability to work a mixture of day, night and weekend shifts as required

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in daily activities and personal care
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence
- Implement and follow individualized care plans for each client
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment
- Help clients develop and maintain social and life skills
- Support individuals in accessing community resources and services
- Administer medication and assist with medical appointments as needed
- Document and report on the progress and challenges of clients
- Respond effectively to emergencies or challenging behaviors
