The Role
Based on the Sunshine Coast, you will work side by side with our clients and the New Home Sales Consultants. The successful candidate will require a strong customer focus, be highly motivated and extremely organised.
This role is for 3 days per week. Saturday through to Monday.
Skills and experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Strong customer service focus
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Professional presentation
- A strong work ethic and a winning mentality
- A positive attitude towards your professional development and an understanding of the importance of weekend work
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining impeccable Display Home presentation
- Welcoming and greeting Display Home visitors upon entering and exiting the display
- Qualifying clients and managing initial enquiries
- Maintaining marketing collateral stocks
- Assisting with general administration tasks
- Flexibility to travel to other Display Home locations as required.
