- Lead with Passion: You’ll motivate and inspire our team, ensuring effective resource utilisation and outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Stay On Track: Maintain high-quality logistics data and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and Administration/Accounts teams to maintain efficiency and resolve any distribution-related issues promptly.
Who We're Looking For:
- More than 3 years of experience in a supply chain role.
- Strong experience in transport and logistics, with leadership skills that inspire.
- Familiarity with scheduling, routing, and distribution processes.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on outcomes and excellent customer service.
- Solid computer skills, especially in the MS Office suite; experience with routing systems is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to safety and an unwavering desire to learn, grow, and achieve.

- Expected salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per month
