District Manager 1 (DM) is responsible for People, Sales, and Profit as well as future growth and planning for allocated district. The primary function of the District Manager is to manage a group of restaurants successfully and actively participate with the State Operations Manager in making State based decisions.
Hungry Jack’s is looking for an applicant who is dedicated to achieving and maintaining high performance KPI results throughout teams by utilising forward thinking and commercially astute business decisions. This position would suit someone who is looking to take their leadership career to the next level by taking on a role with multi location responsibility.
A key aspect of the role will be talent development in the district with an emphasis on fostering alignment from all employee levels, focusing on the Hungry Jack's cultural pillars and values. A strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring.

The position requires the DM to be permanently located in the Central West region (Bathurst or Orange) with the ability to travel regionally and to Sydney.

Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ QSR - restaurant management experience and be achieving KPI’s.
