About the role:
We are seeking a talented, highly capable and motivated District Manager to join our innovative and market leading Institutional Division working across Melbourne and Victoria.
As our District Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving profitability and growth across your territory. You will play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring a team of exceptional individuals giving them the tools to drive profitability and growth across their assigned territory.

You will be responsible for:
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, where every team member feels valued and supported in their professional development journey
Review market trends and customer insights to inform decision making and optimise business operations for maximum profitability
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share
Develop and implement best practises and processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
Collaborate with the Team to manage business review meetings across major customer accounts, taking responsibility for pricing and contractual negotiations
Work in conjunction with the sales team to identify and scope new business opportunities through targeting prospecting and industry networking
An advocate of OH&S policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire and empower teams to deliver exceptional results
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic business decisions
