This role is perfect if you prefer a quieter and more relaxed pace of life compared to bustling metropolitan areas. You will be living and working in a town situated on the banks of the Murray River, with stunning riverfront views and a picturesque environment.

Key Responsibilities

• As a District Nurse, you will play a crucial role as an essential team member in the multi-disciplinary setting, striving to uphold elevated nursing care standards within the community.
• Your primary responsibility involves delivering comprehensive, in-home nursing care to patients - contributing to the District Nursing & HITH (Hospital in the Home) department, an amicable and professional team that places a premium on teamwork and places significant importance on well-honed interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
• National Crime Check
• Working with Children's Check
• Current Victorian Driver's License
• Up-to-date immunisations including COVID-19

About You

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Community Nursing, Hospital in the Home and/or Post-Acute Care.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills to prioritise care and make sound clinical judgements.
