We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate In Home Nursing Service (IHNS) Administration and Scheduling Assistant to join the In Home Nursing Service adminstration team, This is a permanent, full-time role.
A typical day will have you:
- Coordinate office services and performing administrative tasks
- Supporting our small community nursing team to deliver Nursing Services in their homes
- Communicatimg with internal and external stakeholders. For example: clients, nursing staff, GP clinics, hospitals and other referrers
- Effectively managing administration processes including billing, invoicing, rostering and scheduling
- Ensure compliance against Benetas Policy and procedures and proactively promote Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
We're looking for someone with:
- Qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
- Previous experience in a health related field and an understanding of medical terminology (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service, analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstarted experience in administration with a high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work in fast paced team environment
