About our School
Good Samaritan Catholic College Hinchinbrook is co-educational and caters to over 1300 students from Year 7 to Year 12. Our College motto 'Journeying with Compassion' derived directly from the 'Parable of the Good Samaritan' provides the underlying ethos of the College's Mission Statement.

We have two temporary positions for Diverse Learning, one full-time maternity cover commencing Term 3, 2024 and another part-time position for Term 2 only.
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate;
- support and commitment to the mission, values and ethos of Catholic Education
- experience in learning support in secondary school
- passion to work with the young people of the Good Samaritan community
- well-developed interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
- the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong organisational skills.
You will have attained:
- a Tertiary qualification in Education
- eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS.
