We’re looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager (generalist, with disability competence) to help drive the firm’s Belonging strategy, including leading the implementation of the firm’s Access & Inclusion (Disability) Plan, acting as the firm’s disability driver/SME, including oversight of disability programs, and supporting the refresh of resources and materials through understanding disability best practice within our vast community of solvers.

You'll learn plenty as you lead a range of D&I strategic projects aligned with PwC’s firmwide Belonging strategy in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.
As someone with deep knowledge in D&I and disability inclusion, you’ll solve problems by conducting research and preparing reports with strategic advice on emerging D&I topics and themes. In our D&I team, you’ll also:
Be responsible for end-to-end project management including program design and engagement; relationship management and associated risk management
Responsibility for executing D&I actions as agreed from executive leadership teams
Lead D&I current state reviews / hotspot interventions (as needed)
Use D&I technical knowledge, and data and analytical skills, to quickly draw out, interpret and communicate actionable insights to propose targeted interventions and programs
Support client/market presentations on the firm’s D&I strategy
Support management of D&I questions, ad-hoc requests and hotspot interventions from the firm.
Facilitate D&I workshops and focus groups
Support on projects / resourcing gaps across the team, including external reporting requirements (as needed)
More About You
Deep understanding, competence and/or lived experience in disability inclusion
Strong understanding of D&I technical content areas, in order to effectively develop processes and responses with little oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including understanding how to communicate with impact and succinctly communicate technical matters
Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High levels of attention to detail and strong ability to analyse and interrogate data to draw insights
Strong understanding of effective strategies to drive cultural/behavioural change
Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, have excellent relationship building skills, and are able to juggle multiple stakeholders and conflicting demands
Ability to upskill and mentor team members
