They do this through an evidence based approach, applying psychology and behavioural science. They key areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion and professional wellbeing.
Job Description
- Program and Project Delivery - this includes partnering with clients to design and deliver projects that drive desired business outcomes
- Lead the delivery of new and large scale complex projects in the Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development and wellbeing space
- Lead project teams to establish strong relationships with all client stakeholders
- You will build new Practice Intellectual Property through the evolution of current offerings and development of emerging offerings
- A core part of the role will be focused on managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities to cultivate client relationships and achieve revenue and sales targets
- You will promote Inklings Through Leadership through supporting at client events and keynote speaking opportunities
- You will also be focused on developing others in the client delivery team with best practice and new research
It is essential that you have significant experience in development and delivery of talent, leadership, Diversity and Inclusion or professional wellbeing programs in a corporate environment.
You will ideally have worked in a Consulting environment and have experience in leading resources and business outcomes.
You will be highly commercial with a proven track record in client management and client retention in revenue.
Importantly, you will be passionate about the industry they operate within and have a genuine connection and interest in the Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership and Professional Wellbeing space.
