Duty Manager

Bohle Barn Hotel is currently looking for experienced Duty Manager’s to join our friendly and professional team here at the Bohle Barn Hotel. The Duty Manager will have a strong Food and Beverage focus and lead our front of house staff during key service periods ensuring we deliver industry best service at all times. The role requires availability both day and night and weekend work. 

The successful applicant must present the following:

·         Current RSG Certificate.

·         Current RMLV Certificate.

·         Current Approved Managers License.

·         Previous Management Experience.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

•  Excellent food and beverage knowledge 
•  Sound knowledge of QLD Liquor & Gaming compliance requirements 
•  A passion for and demonstrated experience in great customer service
• Qld Food Safe Handlers Certificate
