Position: casual Duty Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the establishment during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.
- Monitor and manage gaming activities, ensuring adherence to advanced gaming standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any guest inquiries or issues effectively.
- Supervise and support staff members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Approved Responsible Person.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Current Advanced Gaming from an approved provider.
- Successful completion of a police background check.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Minimum of one year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to hospitality operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
