AddressAs a Duty Manager at Finley RSC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of all club services and amenities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for overseeing the club's operations during your shifts. You will supervise staff during your shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the club, including customer service, premises operations, and staff management.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Make informed decisions regarding the club's operations to optimise efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stock control procedures to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimise wastage.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the club's values and standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, gaming regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patrons and staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Sound knowledge of premises operations, including stock control and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
