We are a small Club with big potential. Together, we believe we can shine. We love an all-rounder here. As a small team, we need to help out in different areas, so no 2 days are the same. We seek an experienced leader to manage all areas of the Club, while on shift including gaming, tab, keno, bistro, functions, bowls, staff, money handling, opening and closing. You will be a key part of the management team where your ideas and suggestions are important to us. We will train in any gaps, to ensure you can excell in the position.
Qualifications & experience
- Be available to work a variety of hours and shifts including nights and weekends (no graveyards required) - but it isn't all nights and weekends!
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager required
- A can do attitude, a positive personality and a smile
- Current Vic Gaming Employee License
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Current TAB Basics, Advanced preferred or willing to obtain
- Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (Modules 1 & 2 required, 3 & 4 preferred) & Gaming Employee License
- System One & BOS Portal Experience
- H & L experience an advantage

- To ensure a smooth running of shift

- To train staff
- Be the boss while on shift, managing all day to day activities
- Be willing to take on a portfolio after training IE: compliance, membership, stock for example
