The Role:
The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the hotel and food & beverage department, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of service. Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager.
- Must possess experience in gaming operations within a hospitality environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and tools.
- Good organisational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Must hold current RSA and RSG certificates.
