E-Commerce Account Specialist

As an E-Commerce Specialist at Essity, you'll play a pivotal role in driving e-commerce sales growth through direct-to-customer (DTC) and marketplace channels.

Collaborating closely with Digital marketing managers, customer service, operations, and finance teams, you'll ensure an exceptional experience for our valued customers while focusing on profitability and key growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in alignment with business objectives.

•  Collaborate with planning and finance teams for accurate forecasting of e-commerce channels.

•  Lead product merchandising efforts to ensure accurate and optimized listings.

•  Contribute to the development of annual promotion/activation calendars for key e-commerce channels.

•  Create and execute online promotions to drive sales and profit.

•  Support the execution of online promotion campaigns, including coordination with supply chain and fulfillment agencies.

•  Monitor and report on key performance indicators and promotion outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

•  Provide insights and suggest improvements for the online store's customer experience and sales conversion.

•  Stay informed about competitor activities and e-commerce strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

About you:

You are a dynamic professional with a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital roles. Your understanding of e-commerce functions and processes is evident, complemented by your proficiency in various e-commerce and CRM platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo.

Your exceptional analytical prowess, coupled with problem-solving skills, enables you to navigate complex challenges effectively.

Communication comes naturally to you. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is second nature, and you have a track record in budgeting and P&L management.
