The Digital Growth Manager will drive the strategic objective of expanding the retail customer base and enhancing brand engagement through exceptional digital experiences. The role oversees company websites and social media channels, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital strategies and support overall business goals. This is a full-time permanent role located in Melbourne, with hybrid working options available.
Profile description:
The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to:
- Creating and implementing effective digital marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, leads, and sales.
- Overseeing Pacific Blue's digital presence, including website management and marketing campaigns, analysing data to optimize performance and drive sales.
- Identifying, creating and publishing relevant digital content aligned with strategic and operational plans.
- Managing relationships with external digital media, creative, and technical development partners.
- Developing the web digital release program to manage updates and changes to digital assets, ensuring website performance through testing, updates, and vendor service management while adhering to SLAs.
- Maintaining effective internal communications to keep all relevant company functions informed of digital marketing objectives and compliance obligations.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
- Experience in leading digital marketing, focusing on lead generation campaigns and website management.
- Proven success developing digital marketing campaigns to achieve retail sales targets.
- Ability to work within a small and divli>erse team dealing with multiple stakeholders, amid competing priorities.
- Experience developing and implementing social media strategies to drive Digital Growth.
- Web CMS management and editing skills, experience in Drupal environment desirable.
- Experience in retail electricity and energy market regulatory legislation highly desirable.
