The Role will entail:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager motivated to deliver successful and delightful outcomes for our Ecommerce Customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Customer Service team
- Liaising between the service team and other business units
- Product training
- Upskilling team members
- Quality management
- Benchmarking, KPI setting, and reporting
- Managing and implementing software and technology
A Successful Candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Customer Service
- Minimum 2 years experience managing or supervising a team
- Confident and engaging communication style
- A genuine passion for delivering top shelf service to our customers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience using and optimizing Customer Service platforms (zendesk, freshdesk, etc)
- A proven track record for developing systems that improve quality and efficiency
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry (advantageous but not essential)
