Key Responsibilities:
Website, Configurator and DMS Management:
Work with our partner to:
- Enhance website, customer configurator / portal and DMS.
- Lead website development aligning with brand objectives.
- Implement new features and design updates.
- Optimise SEO, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Understand and monitor consumer behaviour.
- Use predictive tools to improve the customer journey on our site.
- Manage integrations from DMS out to partners.
E-Commerce Platforms:
- Enhance e-commerce strategies to drive sales.
- Integrate e-commerce solutions with other digital initiatives.
- Analyse metrics and optimize the online shopping experience.
- Current and future digital platforms of the EV Direct.
System and Software Implementation:
- Evaluate and optimize existing systems across the business.
- Lead current and new system deployment and integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for successful implementation.
Project Management:
- Develop project plans and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve obstacles.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing, lean digital projects team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and encourage growth.
General:
- Ensure all digital systems and integrations are compliant with state and federal governments and statutory bodies such as ACCC.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure achievement of digital strategy.
- Provide real time data to the business.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 5 Years relevant experience
- Relevant Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality training content.
- Previous experience in collaborating with global teams is an advantage.
