Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhancE Learning outcomes? We are looking for a full-time permanent e-Learning Facilitator to play a pivotal role in shaping the e-Learning strategy and fostering a culture of innovation in education.
Our client is an independent girls’ school, and since its foundation in 1886 has educated girls who develop into confident, independent and compassionate young women with a sense of purpose in the world. The college is an inclusive, day and boarding school that provides a strong academic program within a warm, welcoming environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-Learning strategy and vision.
• Model best practice use of technology in the classroom through teaching.
• Establish a framework for building staff and student skills in learning technologies.
• Coordinate, train, and support academic staff in utilizing the school's Learning Management System.
• Collaborate with the IT Department to implement appropriate systems, hardware, and software.
• Drive the adoption of collaborative and AI technologies.
• Review the Dalton assignment model for opportunities to integrate technology.
• Deliver cyber-safety and citizenship programs.
• Manage the student BYOD program and learning hardware.
• Develop policies for technology use by staff and students.
• Participate in technology networks, conferences, and parent information sessions.

Essential Criteria:

• Teaching qualifications and accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• History of excellence and innovation in the classroom.
• Ability to lead and influence others in ICT adoption.
• Enthusiasm for promoting digital student learning outcomes.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Expertise in educational technologies including Learning Management Systems and collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and multimedia tools.
