Learning Facilitator - Fixed Term Until 20/12/2024

In this role:
You will be working as part of the Learning and Development (L&D) team delivering high quality learning programs across all areas of Transport and providing learning opportunities that enable people to have greater opportunity to thrive at work.
You'll provide professional competency-based training and assessment for the Client Engagement discipline. You will plan, prepare and deliver more than 100 different face to face, online training and assessments including frontline staff initial employment training suites, customer service and cultural behaviour, interpersonal skills and leadership learning.
You will also collaborate with Instructional designers to design and build training material and you will actively participate in continuous professional development to remain current in your field.
This is a Fixed term position until 20/12/2024.

About you
You are a skilled Learning Facilitator looking for you next challenge. You will be a tertiary qualified trainer holding either CERT IV Training and Assessment TAE40110 (Including additional units of competency for TAELLN411 and TAEASS502) or TAE40116 or higher.
You have proven experience delivering interpersonal, customer service and leadership capability training and have previously delivered training in an RTO environment.
You are customer focused and possess exceptional communication skills. You will also enjoy collaborating and working as part of a supportive team committed to continuous improvement.
