Learning Facilitator (Projects) - 12 Month Contract

Your Team

As a member of the Operations Capability Team, you will be accountable for the development of targeted training solutions that support the delivery of exceptional learning experiences across strategic business initiatives. 

Working with the Learning Project Lead and team, you will play a vital role in the design and delivery of strategic project learning and capability across Operations.

This is a hybrid opportunity open to candidates based in Sydney and surrounds. There will be a requirement once a fortnight to come into our North Sydney office, as well as additional office attendance from time to time as required to facilitate face-to-face training. 

Your duties and responsibilities

• The delivery of training to small and large groups across Hollard for strategic product, process, behavioural and systems projects
• Manage the delivery of all training courses to meet project needs
• Conducting face to face and virtual training/coaching
• Manage registrations, completion, and evaluation of all course delivery. 
• Work collaboratively with SMEs in the preparation of training programs
• Work with the Instructional Designer to edit and amend course content as needed to support the needs of the projects based on end user feedback
• Support the Instructional Designers in the creation of training content that is tailored to different learning styles and audience groups

Your knowledge and experience

• Experience in the delivery of learning (in particular on the job coaching and group facilitation)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment 
• Experience in digital learning facilitation and delivery
• Previous experience working for a general insurer will be highly regarded
