Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting correspondence, presentations, speeches
- Organizing meetings, calendars, travel
- Managing email inboxes
- Coordinating team travel
- Supporting budget preparation
- Supporting board meetings and functions
- Managing schedules and paperwork
- Ensuring statutory/regulatory compliance
- Managing office site and expenses
- Organising team events and training
- Coordinating office compliance tasks
- Providing backup to executives
- Managing special projects
- Organising company events
To excel you'll need:
- Board support experience
- 3-5 years senior EA experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced Office skills
- Discretion with confidential data
- Ability to work independently
- Software program knowledge
- Video conferencing familiarity
- Professional phone manner
- Eligibility for background checks
- Australian driver's license
We are looking for someone with extensive demonstrated experience as a senior executive assistant, liaising with a board of directors and distribution of board papers. Someone with superior skills in diary and events management, able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and enjoys a fast-paced multi-faceted role.
It is desirable for you to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration.
- Experience in Aviation or a similar industry.
- Experience in Board Vantage.
- Experience with SharePoint.
