Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager is responsible for various administration and support tasks including but not limited to:
- Provide high level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Managing the CEO's diary/calendar, sending emails on behalf of the CEO, accepting meetings and other ad-hoc duties.
- End-to-end meeting coordination (i.e. Agendas, Minutes, Venues, Facilities, Catering, etc.).
- End-to-end travel booking (interstate travel, flights, hire-cars).
- Office Management including coordinating office supplies, couriers and groceries.
- Process invoices through an ERP system
- Event management -working with external third-party event management companies.
- You have experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, as well as exceptional organisational skills with the ability to balance competing demands
- You are a bright, fast learner who anticipates the needs of your manager and uses your initiative to reduce their workload.
- You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results.
- You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high quality service at speed will be second nature.
