You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop return to work plans, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate will have a blend of relevant qualifications or experience in injury/claims management, a current driver's licence, and a track record of successful incident and claims management. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide customer-focused support are essential for this role.

- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement.
