Find your future with us.The Early CareersProgram Lead will work with the relevant stakeholders to map early career training programs to business requirements and workforce development plans. This will provide the opportunity to drive a consistent participant experience as well as increase external brand presence and employer reputation.Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team to lead the Early Careers proposition to the market.
- Identify effective sourcing channels - i.e. LinkedIn, Universities, Partnerships and build our employer brand reputation via the relevant channels.
- Manage attendance at Early Career events (e.g. school, college and campus events) aimed at attracting prospective early career talent and building the Boeing employer brand
- Work with Leaders, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition partners to determine Early Career demand as part of the annual cycle.
- Use demand forecasts to plan resource and training requirements, conduct market needs analysis
- Support a consistent and fair selection & assessment process to ensure fulfilment of diversity targets and identify the strongest early career talent.
- Proactively engage, educate and support each business area & HR in managing the Early Career Programs.
- Support relevant business stakeholders with their future talent pipelines.
- Partnering with HR (Learning team-mates) to design and execute the Intern/Graduate Program Framework and learning outcomes.
- Responsible for defining, designing and coordinating the full life cycle of the Intern & Graduate journey.
- Delivering Intern/Graduate Induction events
- Conducting regular - monthly/quarterly - reviews with Programme participants where required/appropriate.
- Attend regular early career/talent networks to understand early career management best practice
- Build external network of other similar sized organisations to build on Early Career best practice
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business (e.g. degree in HR Management) or equivalent experience (5+ years);
- Marketing qualifications (e.g. degree in Marketing Management) or equivalent experience;
- Experience recruiting Interns and Graduates
- Due to the nature of the team, international experience in developing and managing a graduate program in a multinational-company is highly regarded
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team and building relationships
- Able to multitask, organize, prioritize and structure tasks and information. Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
