We are seeking a Full Time Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to run our 2024 Kindergarten program at our Exceeding Centre, Benowa Early Learning Centre.
Childcare Centres of Excellence is a family-owned company which operates the highly regarded Benowa Early Learning and Benowa Hills Early Learning Centre.
The Role
The role requires a creative and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for Early Childhood professionals who are passionate about Early Childhood education to be involved with a supportive professional team and with likeminded educators who believe in children and the importance of Early Childhood and the value it adds to children's lives.

To apply for this role you must have;
- ACECQA recognised Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or working towards this qualification)
- Current Working with Children Check/Blue card
- First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of family communication
- Commitment to the holistic development of their class
We are looking for an applicant that can:
- Develop strong relationships with children
- Develop the Children's Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines).
- Work in compliance with the OH&S Policy, ensure a safe environment is maintained for staff and children, with particular attention to children with anaphylaxis, allergies, asthma etc.
- Implement the service’s philosophy in undertaking all other duties
- Liaise with families in regards to the day to day happenings.
- Maintain observations and records of individual children's progress, particularly those identified through staff observation.
- Understanding of the Early Years learning Framework
- Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experience with transition to school statements
