About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Early Talent Coordinator for our client to support our Australia and NZ recruitment campaign. As an Early Talent Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to coordinating interviews and providing support throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities will include:


• Utilize recruitment systems effectively to manage candidate applications and track progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct phone screenings with candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries via email and phone, providing clear and concise information.
• Assist with candidate queries and provide support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Generate reports and analyse recruitment data to identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to organize and execute recruitment events, such as orientations and information sessions.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across various product groups and locations to support recruitment initiatives and meet hiring goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in all recruitment activities.


Skills & Experience Required: 


• Previous experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for conducting phone screenings and responding to candidate inquiries.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with recruitment systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Manual C Class Drivers Licence
