The Economic Regulation Authority is seeking a passionate professional to join us on a permanent basis as Systems Administrator in the Corporate Services division.
About the Role
The Systems Administrator maintains and enhances the ERA’s information technology environment to ensure maximum availability, efficiency, reliability and security of corporate systems and information. The position provides comprehensive technical support across all areas of the ERA’s information technology environment and is the main escalation point for technical issues. It provides expert level consultancy and advice to the ERA and designs, installs, configures, and supports new IT solutions that meets the business needs of the ERA.
The position also contributes to the development of the ERA’s ICT strategic and operational plans.
The ERA is at an exciting time in its history and is investing in its information technology environment as the organisation grows and expands. You will participate in this growth by administrating and maintaining the ERA’s information technology infrastructure and systems to meet current and future demands. As part of a small IT team, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skill set, enjoy training opportunities, and participate in new system implementations.
