Your new role
A great opportunity to nurture your career while working to the Kids First Early Years Education Program - Kindergarten Model!
- Support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program
- Work in partnership with children, families and the community
- Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve
- Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice
About you
- Diploma of Children's services or equivalent (or working towards)
- Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting
- Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment
- Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diverse communities.
