AddressLeader Earthworks are currently seeking experienced the following operators to work as part of our team on an upcoming Gold Coast Project. Our scope is 12 months plus. Experienced, Local applicants (up to 100km from Helensvale) will receive priority attention.
Grader Operators- 4+ Years on pavements, GPS and total station experience with Trimble systems- must have
Excavator operators with GPS experience on 9-90t machines
Dozer Operators with GPS Experience
ADT Operators with 3+ Years experience
Multiskilled operators are highly desirable in order to establish the project. At this stage Leader is not able to provide positions to trainees, however once established we expect to make an intake available in the future. These positions are open to local residents only, within 100km of the project. No LAFHA, and own reliable transport will be required.
About the role:
We are seeking exceptional operators with proven history of operating plant to a safe and high standard on construction sites to join our team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate the relevant plant on the project site as instructed, ensuring high quality project delivery.
This will be a full-time position for the right people
To be successful you must have:
- Current unrestricted driver's license
- WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card/Blue Card)
- Relevant RII tickets (must be less than10 years old or willing to complete VOC to update required minimum date of ticket prior to starting)
- Previous experience working in civil construction
- Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously, trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your work
- Previous experience with GPS machine control advantageous.
