Senior Brand Manager

Angle Auto Finance is an independent financier in Australia, bringing a modern platform and a flexible business approach to help more Australians with their car purchase.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our market presence.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to collaborate closely with project and marketing teams and other key stakeholders across the business. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to elevate our brand presence through various channels including campaigns, sponsorships, and PR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development:

• Collaborate with the project lead and brand agency to define the new brand identity, including messaging, visual elements, and core values.
• Ensure consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.

Campaign Management:

• Devise innovative marketing campaigns to create brand awareness, build employee brand engagement, drive awareness and consideration for end consumers and engage existing distribution partners.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the rebranding objectives.

Sponsorship Coordination:

• Identify strategic sponsorship opportunities that align with brand values and business goals.
• Manage relationships with sponsors, negotiate agreements, and ensure brand visibility at sponsored events.

External PR:

• Develop and maintain relationships with selected media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.
• Prepare press releases, articles, and other PR materials to enhance the company's public image.

Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze the performance of branding and engagement activities, providing regular reports to executives.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the finance or automotive industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
• Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
