Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce and SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and improving website performance through outstanding SEO strategies. You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage our e-commerce strategy to optimize online sales.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic search traffic.
- Manage website content, including product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website performance and customer engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
- Stay updated with e-commerce and SEO trends and algorithms to ensure strategies are current.
- Provide regular reports on e-commerce and SEO performance and strategize for continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase in organic search traffic and improvement in search engine rankings.
- Growth in e-commerce sales and conversion rates.
- Reduction in website bounce rates and improvement in user engagement metrics.
- Effective management and growth of backlink profile.
- Consistent growth in key metrics such as average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce and SEO, preferably in a similar industry.
- Highly proficient in the Shopify platform
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and Shopify platform.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
