Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

Henry Bucks is a luxury tailored suit company that has a 130 year history of high end fashion in Australia dressing some of the most influential men of Australia.

We're in the market for an Ecommerce & Marketing Specialist Lead with a particular focus on website optimisation, paid media and EDM to join their Melbourne team. This is a role for someone with a data-driven mindset, who'd like to take what's already a great foundation and can use data and experience to identify opportunities for growth.

Your role will cover:

• Manage on-site search, navigation, and organisation for Henry Bucks and City Hatters websites
• Drive merchandising and product promotion through sales data, both in-store and online
• Support eCommerce Coordinator with product descriptions, uploads, and photoshoots
• Handle on-site promotions and strategic homepage updates
• Collaborate on marketing strategies for email and social calendars
• Measure website performance using Google Analytics and Shopify
• Coordinate with dropship partners (Myer, Amazon, The Iconic, David Jones) for marketing and promotions
• Assist in uploading products and promotions to dropship channels
• Support various projects across both websites
• Maintain positive relationships with photographers, agencies, and industry contacts
• Monitor website UX and resolve glitches
• Implement customer segmentation through Klaviyo to enhance database growth and reduce unsubscribes
• Create and assess the effectiveness of email flows, including Abandon Carts, Win Backs, and Welcome emails via Klaviyo

We'd love to see your background:

• Ideally at least 3 years of experience working with fashion in ecommerce retail
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar business field
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms
• Experience or strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM
• Experience working within eCommerce or on ecommerce accounts in an agency setting
• You understand what it takes to work on website optimisation to deliver online sales.

Bonus if you:

• Experience with an Ap21 platform.
• Worked within Men’s fashion and can demonstrate an understanding of the Henry Bucks customer profile.
