About the Role
Based in Mount Waverley and reporting to the Ecommerce Trading Manager, the Ecommerce Specialist will be accountable for how customers encounter, search and navigate products on the ecommerce websites for Autobarn, Autopro and OppositeLock. Alongside this, you will play a key role in providing reporting and analytics to the ecommerce team and stakeholders via Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. You will own the digital catalogue process to ensure all products featured link through to the appropriate page. You will be keenly involved in the CRO program, delivering continuous improvements to the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the on-site search refinement
- Take ownership of category merchandising and product promotion using in-store and online sales data to select products/brands for promotion
- Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager with the development and delivery on an A/B testing programme driving incremental revenue benefits for the business
- Manage and report on all onsite promotions & Utilise Google Analytics to provide data and insights to the ecommerce team
- Coordinate and manage the development of campaigns, promotions and specials
- Support SEO and SEM opportunities with external partners
- Managing all website merchandising, ensuring a fresh representation of product, balancing new arrivals, best sellers and key product focuses using data insights
About You
You are a results driven team player who thrives in high pressure situations. This role would suit someone with high attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Marketing or Digital Degree Qualified or Equivalent
- 3+ years marketing or merchandising experience within an ecommerce business
- Experience in content management and promotional execution using a variety of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong excel skills with demonstrable experience in data analytics
