The Role
We are seeking an eCommerce Assistant to provide support for our direct business customers ordering on our online channel. As part of the online team, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by working closely with the direct sales team and broader marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain custom online catalogues to ensure the accuracy of product information imagery, embroidery, and user approval setup.
- Assist in functional testing and project management of upgrades to improve processes and user experience.
- Develop and maintain training manuals and tools, train staff and customers to encourage the adoption of online ordering.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to online orders.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and tasks to deliver desired outcomes for customers.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the direct sales team and broader marketing team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a high level of empathy for customers.
- High level of autonomy and exceptional time management skills for effectively managing e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of website content management system CMS is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
