Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our ecommerce team to maintain and enhance the functionality and content of our two primary websites as well as other marketplaces, ensuring an optimal user experience, whilst driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product data listings on third-party marketplaces such as TradeMe, eBay, Amazon, and Supercheap Auto, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to track and analyze sales data, website traffic, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor website performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the overall user experience.
- Assist the ecommerce team in maintaining and updating content/data to not only our two websites but 3rd party platforms as well to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute key promotional campaigns and activities throughout the year, including product launches and seasonal promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering results.
