About the role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As Ecommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient fulfilment and dispatch of all online orders out of our warehouse and flagship stores. Reporting to our Operations Manager, this position is based in our Byron Bay warehouse.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED:
• 2+ years’ experience as an Ecommerce Coordinator, or an equivalent role within the warehousing and fashion-retail industries
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Demonstrated proficiency with ecommerce and inventory platforms such as Shopify & Cin7
• Familiarity with ecommerce logistics, freight providers and parcel tracking systems for both domestic and international shipping
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to excellence, efficiency, and sustainability
• Availability to work during peak sale periods
