Our client is a leading ASX-listed retailer with a large brick-and-mortar footprint and growing Ecommerce presence. Recently expanding out of Australia and into the New Zealand market, the brand continues to grow by offering an in-house designed, exclusive product range.
Position Description
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for managing the online assortment, planning and executing online content and email campaigns and monitoring digital performance and KPIs.
The ideal candidate has proven experience as an Ecommerce Coordinator, has worked in Magento and Google Analytics, and is both analytically and creatively minded.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the online product catalogue; responsibility over site merchandising of products, promotions and offers
- Regular and ongoing website audits to ensure relevancy of content; be proactive in making changes and updates to outdated pages
- Coordinate the creation of all website content with the Graphic Designer; upload content across the website using Magento
- Ensure all written content adheres to SEO best practices for improved search engine visibility
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour and conversion rates using Google Analytics
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Dot Digital, in order to engage with the customer and drive retention
- Collaborate with external agencies to align Ecommerce strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives
- Uploading weekly promotions and offers to the website
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Ecommerce, with hands on responsibilities in both CMS (Magento is essential) and CRM platforms (Dot Digital or similar)
- Ability to use web analytics tools (Google Analytics is essential)
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Innovative thinker in operating both a strategic capacity and hands-on execution
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
