The role is responsible for the following core areas:
- Ensure the accuracy of product details, imagery, pricing, and content pages across all SUNNYLiFE eCommerce websites.
- Review and proof all online written content (descriptions, pages, blogs).
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively across relevant websites.
- Weekly reporting on the sales and KPI tracking.
- Update all websites based on SEO requirements.
- Assis with the development and continuous improvement of the online SEO strategy to drive organic website traffic.
- Work with eCommerce Manager to manage external relationship with dev agency.
- Monitor sites for operational issues and troubleshoot.
- Resolve issues concerning data effectively and efficiently.
- Site testing in staging environments.
Key measures of performance:
- Ensure minimum 90% accuracy in product descriptions and images, and complete content updates within 48 hours of request.
- Maintain a website uptime of 90% and ensure average page load speed is under 3 seconds, and offering greate experience.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within a similar eCommerce/digital role, ideally within a B2C environment.
- Prior experience using B2C eCommerce platforms (Shopify or Shopify Plus) for a minimum of 2-3 years.
- Understanding of content management technologies, platform integrations and behaviour, workflow systems and apps.
- Focused on operational excellence and best practice principles.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written.
- An analytical mindset with outstanding attention to detail.
- Creative flair with a data-driven approach and ability to assist in trading the site.
- Positive attitude and adaptable to change.
