The Beauty Chef lives and breathes wellness and is looking for an Ecommerce Manager (12 month maternity leave contract) that is aligned to the Brand Values.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Ecommerce Manager to bring our brand strategy to life online, driving awareness and sales. You will develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue across global markets. You will be responsible for managing our eCommerce sites from end to end, championing the customer journey and spearheading our digital marketing efforts to foster growth and engagement.

This role requires a strong understanding of online marketing, web analytics, and e-commerce technologies. The role is a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to achieve revenue targets in alignment with marketing calendar.
• Translate data and analytics into actionable insights to drive sales and support other business functions.
• Manage the overall online presence of the company, including website content, product listings and promotions.
• Manage Email Marketing strategies including personalisation & segmentation strategy, re-engagement plans & flows and driving new sign ups.
• Lead with passion and purpose, inspiring and developing eCommerce and customer care.
• Review sales daily / weekly / by promotion to agree future activity and track sales performance to budget, forecast & LY by promotion and key web metrics.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reporting & analysis, providing actionable insights.
• Working with Paid Marketing partners to execute customer acquisition and retention marketing campaigns.
• Brief, collaborate and manage relationships with digital agencies and third-party suppliers, ensuring projects meet our high standards.
• Lead website enhancements and initiatives to constantly improve the customer journey and tactics to increase conversion, reduce bounce rate and cart abandonment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, wholesale and NPD to ensure alignment and support for eCommerce initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing eCommerce strategies and driving revenue growth, most favourably within the wellness, beauty or premium industries.
• 5 year’s experience in a senior Ecommerce role.
• Expertise in managing digital platforms and CRM systems (specifically Shopify and Klaviyo)
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on optimising user experience and increasing conversions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team.
