As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our clients retail presence. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey and maintaining the high standard of quality that our brand is known for. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, nationally and internationally, to drive online sales, enhance the user experience, and create a seamless online shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Strategy: Have an input in recommendations and considerations for the organisations ecommerce strategy in the Australian market, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company's e-commerce website, including content updates, product listings, and ensuring optimal site performance.
- User Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience by identifying pain points and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and boost conversion rates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product availability, and manage stock levels to avoid overselling or stockouts.
- Data Analysis: Use web analytics tools to gather and analyze data, generating insights to drive informed decisions and optimize online sales.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online shopping, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- 2-3+ years experience in e-commerce.
- Relevant industry experience in a retail environment preferred
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, e-commerce platforms, and content management systems.
